K2 gondogoro La trek - Skardu

This is the most spectacular trek in the world. It is through the greatest concentration of highest peaks on the earth. Thezenith of this trek is the union of the Godwin Austen and Baltoro Glacier at fantastic setting called ‘Concodia’ (4400 m) was first explored by Martin Conway of France in 1892 A.D. This immense sea of ice covered in stones was thus named after the Place-De-La Concorde in Paris. Ten of the thirty highest mountains of the world are located here. All along the trek are rows of needle spires, granite towers, shinning glaciated mountains and snowy domes lines providing the greatest mountain scenery in the world. Page Under Construction.
ITINERARY
Day 01 : Arrive in Islamabad received k2 winners team and well come by K2 winner team, transfer to hotel. Same day if u would like to visit graceful valley MURREE u can but u ve to pay for this separately. Company arranges everything.

Day 02 : If flight operates Fly to Skardu otherwise drives to Chilas we may see by this way we ll see graceful valley Nara, Kagan, babusar top ETC. stay overnight in hotel in chilas.then next day

day drive to Skardu via Chilas on through the Karakorum Highway.

Day 03 : Rest day in skardu overnight in hotel u may shopping in very small or colorful market skardu.

Day 04 : The day early morning leave for skardu to Askoli by safari jeep it takes 6 r 7 hrs. Stay overnight in Askoli village ll camp there.

Day 05 : ASKOLI TO Jhola : This is the first day from where trekking starts Askoli to jula is two stages. We have lunch on korefong its include in 1st stage after having lunch we ll move to jhola.

Day 06 jhola to Paiyu: This is the day where potters rush to move for paiyu they love to cash paiyu very soon because there ll be balti culture singing. Dancing etc.whole night potters and interested foreigners sings and dance. No one can sleep peacefully.

Day 07: Paiju: This day easily take rest on paiyu.

DAY 08: Paiyu to Urdukas . We ll start to trecking on Baltoro glacire from today its ll be very interesting day for unknown person.

DAY 9: Urdokas to Goro Its very easy trecking day from Urdokas to Goro and its too short way.

DAY 10 GORO TO CONCORDIA After an early breakfast, resume a long walk on the Baltoro Glacier to a point called Concordia – a huge junction of Baltoro, Abruzzi & Godwin Austin Glaciers at 4000 meters . Overnight in tents. All meals served by camp staff.

Day 11 : CONCORDIA Day free at Concordia Optional hike upto K-2 base camp to enjoy a free day at this legendary place. En route we cross the base camp of Broad Peak. From Concordia, Gasherbrum IV, K-2, Broad peak, Mitre, Crystal peak, Marble Peak and Baltoro Kangri are visible.

Day 12 : ALI CAMP Concordia to Ali camp . Leaving the Concordia campsite first explored by Martin Conway of France in 1892AD – a meeting place of five glaciers and thus named after the Place – de – la Concorde in Paris, we start trekking and reach Vigne Glacier. Dinner and overnight in tents at 4900m above sea level.

Day 13 : ALI CAMP TO KHEUSPANG . Today we shall start very early in the morning and hike up to the Ghondoghoro Pass. On some slopes and crevasse prone areas we are required to be roped up. We cross the pass at 5650m above sea level and descend to the campsite of Kheuspang. Dinner and overnight in tents at 5000m above sea level.

Day 14 : KHEUSPANG TO SHAISHCHO . Continue your descent to Dalsangpa campsite. Dalsangpa means field of flowers. Views of Masherbrum peaks and glacier are visible from this campsite. Dinner and overnight in tents at 4150m above sea level.

Day 15 : SHAISHCHO TO HUSHE . We will cross the last portion of the glacier and reach Ghondoghoro Baikh. From here the trek is easy. We descends to Saistcho, a campsite along river bank under the shadows of trees. Later proceed to Hushe village at the head of the jeep road. The campsite has a clear waterspring surrounded by green fields. Dinner and overnight in tents at 3050m above sea level.

Day 16 : HUSHE TO SKARDU Drive to skardu by jeep 6 r 7 hrs overnight in hotel.

DAY 17 : Fly to Islamabad if flight operates r drive to chilas by AC coach or high roof. Stay in chilas hotel.

DAY 18 : Leave chilas to Islamabad.

DAY 19 : End of our service.
